  3. Preventive Maintenance.
    1. We don't wait for breakdowns to occur. We monitor your system for overloads, server space limits and system back-ups; we also check for new, critical software updates and virus definitions. When a "yellow flag" is raised, we take a take preventive approach - because we know you can't afford down-time, loss of data or computer slowdowns.
    2. At least once a year, we perform the Prometro 27 Point Check-up, in which we meet with you to identify your future business needs and review your current computer/server infrastructure, and present a report with recommendations for changes to consider for the coming year.

When our diagnosis suggests that you have a serious problem, our technicians will come to your office within hours to investigate and solve them. However, not all software problems need a SWAT team. Many can be assessed and solved remotely (e.g., problems accessing the "Share Network"). For that reason, we use special utility that lets us remotely diagnose software problems and in many cases solve them. This way, we save time and save you money!
